Mission 2: There and Back Again

Mission 2: There and Back Again- The crew of the Firebird, fresh off of a 4 week leave, are assembled and informed that the ship isn't ready. Apparently, the use of the cloaking device damaged the warp core more than expected and will require a longer time to repair. In the meantime, the Sovereign Class USS Valkyrie has completed its repair and needs a caretaker crew to transport it to Starbase 10, where its crew has been working on a refit. During the transit to Starbase 10, the Valkyrie is also assigned to explore a stellar anomaly. The engineering team will be completing minor tasks as part of the refit. At the same time, members of the Tal'Shiar discover that the Valkyrie is being sent nearly unmanned and will undertake an operation to seize it.
